Well, prom will be here in 4 days! It's my senior prom and it doesn't even feel like it. To tell you the truth I'm not that excited about it like I was last year. I think it's because last year was my first time to go to prom and I was expecting some outrageous dance, but after you get there it seems just like a regular old dance you have all the time at school, except everyone is dressed really nice. I mean don't get me wrong, I had fun last year and I plan on having fun this year but it's not what every one makes it out to be (I hope this is making some since).I think the things that go on before and after prom like everyone hanging out together and the parties are a lot of fun. But this is my last year being in high school and I'm going to make the most of it!

Boy time sure has flown!!!It seemed just like yesterday I was walking my halls at school as a freshman and here I am getting ready to graduate and go to college. To tell you the truth I'm kind of scared. I think we have 5 more weeks of school left and they are going by soooo slow. I guess you would say I have Senior Itis. After I graduate I'm planning to go to college here in town and major on nursing, but thats subject to change. After I finish college I want to get married, have kids, and live here in my home town. Me and one of my friends were talking today in class about that in like 4 years I would like to get married. I told her that I want to get married when I'm like 22 or 23 years old and she said she wants to do the same. It all depends on if the right guy comes along at the right time. It's also kind of fun to think about at like our 10 year class reunion who will be married to who and where they live, etc...

:D I remember how whenever the weekends and summertime rolled around how we could always spend the night with grandparents.Since I still have both sets of grandparents it was always hard choosing which set to go to first. It was so much fun. We would go get ice cream, rent movies, pretty much whatever we wanted to do. I don't spend the night with them that much any more, I guess it's because I've gotten older, but it makes me really sad when I think that they won't be here forever. I'm close with both sets of my grandparents, and the thought of them being gone one day makes me sad.

I was trying to think lf some favorite memories I have with my family and one in particular pops into my head. Just about every Sunday my family and I would go to my grandparents house and ride dirtbikes. I've been riding since I was 5 years old. We would come home from church, eat a bite of lunch and head out. It was so much fun!! We would stay til almost dark and then come home. I never wanted to come back, it was so pretty being out in the country. I would always see deer, turkeys, or coyotes. I love the country!!
